In my late teens and early 20s, I got away with eating whatever I wanted. I never had to worry about it. I had a physical job and I was naturally quite active. I was lean and could get away with partying 'til late and still be at work at 7 am the next day!
By the time my late-20s came around, I was a new parent, my active job had been swapped for a sedentary one, and wild nights out were now nights in with too much tea and biscuits. Little by little my waist grew, and my energy diminished. I was faced with a life-changing epiphany when I found myself halfway up a flight of stairs and totally out of breath. Something had to change.
Fortunately, I discovered that I had the power to be intentional about my choices. Pick my goals. Design a fulfilling life with energy, good health, and proud achievements (aside from family life, running 100km at Blackhall Ultra is right up there!)

No! Having a "set and forget" meal plan approach isn't how we work. Each client's needs are carefully considered in our initial assessment call. From there, we provide you with everything you need to put your plan in to action, pivoting as necessary.

No, however, we work with a periodised plan that is executable over several months. This plan ensures you are prepared to embark on a diet change, push for goal achievement, recover from the stresses of physical change, and finally, how to intergrade these changes to stick long after we've finished working together.
